Pat Thompson entered the real estate business in 1986. She owned and operated the Thompson Real Estate Firm from 1993 until 2004 when her salesman, James Ramm purchased the business. The firm was renamed High Plains Realty and she remained the Broker until 2006. Pat has retired, but is still Associate Broker of High Plains Realty. Farming and ranching properties were her primary sale targets. She had made million dollar sales. She never forgot her local roots, listing and selling many homes and commercial properties. Pat was active in the Realtors Land Institute, serving as the Nebraska President for 3 years and Regional Vice President for 4 years. The Region consisted Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and North and South Dakota. She was selected as the Nebraska Realtors Land Institute " Realtor of the Year in 1994".

Mary Foxworthy has been a member of the office staff since 1989 as part-time and then full time secretary. After passing the Real Estate Exam in the Fall of 2004 she continued as secretary but with the added sales license was a more integral part of the sales team switching to full-time sales in the fall of 2005.

Terry Foxworthy successfully completed courses and then passed the Real Estate Sales Exam in January of 2006 and joined our sales team. He brings 23 years of sales experience in the livestock feed industry as well as experience in farming, ranching, and feed lot management.

K M. Davis began his real estate career in 1982, serving with Chamberlin, Kirk and Cline Real Estate in Des Moines, Iowa. More recently with Home Real Estate of Lincoln and as a Broker for Davis Realty of Weston, Ne. K and his wife Joyce recently relocated to Bassett. Both K and Joyce are Rock County High graduates and were born and raised in the KBR area.
