Mary Foxworthy has been a
member of the office staff since 1989 as part-time and then full time
secretary. After passing the Real Estate Exam in the Fall of 2004 she
continued as secretary but with the added sales license was a more integral
part of the sales team switching to full-time sales in the fall of 2005.
In August Mary successfully completed courses and the
exam to earn her Broker's license and is now an Associate Broker with the
agency. |

2006 and joined our sales team. He brings 23 years of sales experience in
the livestock feed industry as well as experience in farming, ranching, and
feed lot management. |

license since 1978. After purchasing the Thompson Real Estate Company
in 2003, Jim sold the business to Don and Paige Coash in 2006. |

Kay Lynn completed
her courses and license exam successfully in Sept. 2007 and joined our sales
team shortly after. She is a native of Ainsworth and returned to our
area to raise her two young children. |

Pat Thompson entered
the real estate business in 1986. She owned and operated the Thompson Real
Estate Firm from 1993 until 2004 when her salesman, James Ramm purchased the
business. The firm was renamed High Plains Realty and she remained the
Broker until 2006. Pat has retired, but is still Associate Broker of High
Plains Realty. Farming and ranching properties were her primary sale
targets. She had made million dollar sales. She never forgot her local
roots, listing and selling many homes and commercial properties. Pat was
active in the Realtors Land Institute, serving as the Nebraska President for
3 years and Regional Vice President for 4 years. The Region consisted
Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and North and South Dakota. She was selected as
the Nebraska Realtors Land Institute " Realtor of the Year in 1994". |
